Noein, born to a noble father and his mistress, was forced to live under house arrest from an early age and was scorned by those around him. Instead of severing ties with his family, he was given an enclave on the kingdom's frontier and the title of lord. But what does he find there but a vast expanse of untamed forest? As revenge against his father, Noein swears to "be happier than anyone else with the people" and sets out to explore the frontier in order to achieve his goal...!
